In the event of Eastern Michigan University closing classes due to severe weather, the following policy shall be in effect for the PHY 110 lab.

1: The lab report which was due during the class period canceled by severe weather will be due instead at the next regularly scheduled class meeting.

2: For the purpose of lab grade calculation, the grading policy will be modified to take into account the severe weather. No make-up labs will be arranged, and the student will still be allowed to drop the two lowest lab scores. The final lab percentage grade will be determined based on the number of classes not canceled due to severe weather.
