Through the support of the National Science Foundation, two workshops addressing ethical issues in physics were held at Eastern Michigan University's Corporate Education Center. The goal of the workshops was to explore a variety of ethical issues and develop a resource useful for those wishing to study or teach in this area. Towards this end, Proceedings from both workshops were produced. All but one of the papers are available on this web site. (One has not been posted to avoid copyright problems.) It is the intent of the participants that these papers be freely available to all interested in this field and so making copies for personal or classroom use is allowed (as long as you do not profit from the latter) and encouraged.

The American Physical Society maintains a set of case studies.
The Society of Physics
Students provides information on ethics and on case study discussion
moderators.
There are a great many other sites that explore scientific ethics. Rather than list all of them, I'll point you towards a couple which themselves have an extensive list of interesting links.
