The outline of the independent study is as follows:

  2. Modify Dr. Behringer's C program of a finite square well to solve an infinite and finite triangular well.
  3. Produce this web page to talk about my C program, show how Physlets can be used to solve the finite triangular well, and discuss the uses of the triangular well.
