Astronomy Club

Meetings and Events
The club meets Thursdays at  7:30 pm  during the academic year (September - April) and on select Thursdays in the Spring/Summer (May-August) at 8:30 pm (note later Sp/Su start time!) in the Astronomy Lab, 402 Sherzer Hall.  Sherzer Observatory is open after Astronomy Club meetings, if CLEAR, during the fall and winter months.  Anyone is welcome to attend club meetings - free!  Keep in mind that daylight savings time means late spring/summer sunsets, so open observing can begin as late as 9:30pm in May, June, and July, if clear.
