Why major in physics?
This is an extremely
important and legitimate question. We think that the main reasons
that you should major in physics are the following:

in your future career

Why major in physics at EMU?

What background do I need to be a physics major?
Before enrolling
at EMU to become a physics major, it is useful to ask yourself
the

- Am I
truly and seriously interested in the way things work?
- Do I
have a strong ability in math -- the formal language of
physics?

both of these questions is "Yes", then you have the
necessary background. If preparation in math is a concern,
