a recent trip to Madrid, Spain, I had the opportunity to tour the entire
solar cell fabrication line of BP Solar (a part of British Petroleum).
I'll describe the "fab" line and some of the scientific, engineering, and
economic issues involved with the manufacture of solar cells.
