Does Newton's
Third Law Really Work?
|
|
Description
|
| You
may have heard the phrase "For every action, there is an equal and opposite
reaction", and been told that this is Newton's Third Law. You may
have even been willing to say that Newton's Third Law was true – at least
for the sake of taking a test! But did you ever generate evidence
to support or disprove the Third Law, so that you could decide for yourself
whether to accept the Third Law? After a brief discussion,
we'll put the Third Law to the experimental test by measuring forces during
a collision.. |
