you ever wanted to study an interesting special topic in physics?
Have you considered the benefits of working closely with a faculty member
on a project you want to learn more about? We will tell you how we
initiated an independent study with Dr. Jacobs. We will also discuss
our independent study experience and the process we went through when learning
some basic electronics, building devices from simple kits, and finally,
constructing our transistor/diode tester.
Next semester,
we will discuss exactly how the device works at the Undergraduate Symposium. |
